How we help

A measured process, designed for serious decisions.

Four stages. Never skipped, never rushed. Here's what each one actually involves, and what you walk away with.

Stage I · Discovery conversation

A 45-minute call. No pitch.

We begin by listening. What is prompting your interest in Panama? What are you hoping for, and what are you quietly worried about? Who else is part of this decision — a partner, adult children, a business?

We ask questions, we answer questions, and we are honest about whether Panama sounds like the right call for your situation. If it isn't, we will say so — and you will leave the call with a clearer sense of why, and what to consider instead.

What you leave with: clarity on whether a deeper conversation is worth having, and a short written follow-up capturing what we discussed.

Stage II · Your Panama brief

A tailored, written assessment.

If the discovery conversation suggests that Panama is worth exploring seriously, we prepare a written Panama Brief tailored to your situation. It is a real document — typically 10 to 18 pages — not a template.

The brief covers your likely neighborhoods, the specific hospitals that fit your healthcare profile, a realistic monthly cost projection for your household, the residency pathway most appropriate for your circumstances, and the sequence of decisions we would recommend.

What you leave with: a document you can read with your partner, forward to your financial advisor, and return to as you think. It is yours to keep, whether or not you proceed with us.

Stage III · Guided exploration

A real visit, not a sales tour.

When you are ready, we host a structured exploration visit to Panama — typically three to five days. This is not a property tour. It is a field trip designed to answer the questions the Panama Brief raised.

We walk the neighborhoods you are considering, at the times of day you would actually be there. We visit the hospitals — the waiting rooms, the specialist corridors, the emergency entrances. We see schools if children are in the picture. We eat where you would eat, drive the commute you would drive, and make a point of including an ordinary weekday and an ordinary Saturday.

Only then do we look at homes — and only the ones that match the parameters we've established together.

What you leave with: direct, personal knowledge of the country you are considering, and an informed shortlist.

Stage IV · A soft landing

The details that decide whether a move becomes a life.

Once the decision is made, our work shifts into coordination. We work alongside Panama-based lawyers for your residency application, with vetted banks for account opening, with insurance brokers for health cover, and with trusted contractors, movers, and household staff for the practical side.

Our concierge period typically runs for the first 90 days after arrival. In that window we are available for the unexpected — the specialist referral that can't wait, the internet provider that won't show up, the small question that would take a newcomer half a day to resolve.

What you leave with: a settled life in Panama, and our contact details on your phone for the long-term.

A note on fees

How we're paid, in plain English.

The discovery conversation is free. The Panama Brief is free. Our fees apply only when you decide to engage us for the exploration visit and the settling-in work — at which point we charge a flat advisory fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. We do not take commissions from developers, brokers, or lawyers. If someone pays us on your behalf, you will know about it.

Our fee structure is the same for every client, and is discussed in full during the second conversation. If you ask us about it in the first, we will tell you then.

Ready to begin

Start with the first 45 minutes.

Nothing else on this site matters until we've had a conversation. The rest follows from there — or doesn't, depending on your situation.
